Meet The Face Behind Baystate Mold Advisors LLC
I am Al Hall, proud owner of Baystate Mold Advisors LLC.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
I grew up in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
I started out on my own in 1999 as a medical office cleaning company as Al-Co Enterprises. I later took on basement waterproofing in the year 2001 with Safe N Dry of Orleans the Cape and formed Baystate Basement Solutions in 2004.
I got my first certificate for mold inspection in 2008 with N.O.R.M.I, the National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors. In 2015 BBS closed due to the retirement of a partner and I reopened in 2016 as Baystate Mold Advisors, LLC.
The reason I am in this industry is that I love to figure out what happened, what can be done to correct it and finding the right options for treatment. It is this diagnostics which make my work most enjoyable.
We are here in the business as we love helping people solve problems with their homes and business. We have a strong background in basement waterproofing and specialize in mold inspections and remediation along with indoor air quality testing and improvement.
Each day I have to decide if a project is a good enough fit for my company. I also have to keep finding what new technology is available for my industry. To perform my job well, I constantly need to sharpen my skills. The ones which I have to hone the most are my experience in moisture detection, my understanding of building dynamics and evaluating project needs.
I offer the best solutions I can find for any particular project. When a customer gets to meet me they know I will do the best I can for them. I do not compete on price but on quality.
It is my honesty and dedication to quality that has attributed the most to my success. I find great satisfaction in my work especially when I am contacted by a frustrated homeowner or contractor who cannot figure out why a problem is present or how to fix it and I am able to help.
My personal life is equally satisfying, meeting my beloved bride and marrying her has been the most rewarding experience so far.
I derive my leadership style from my learning of the Bible. The strength of their characters and desire to overcome all odds inspires me to do my best each day. Additionally, my wife and I are involved in public volunteer work on the weekends. We volunteer in offering Bible studies with those who want to learn what the Bible has to offer in facing the challenges of modern life.
Professionally, I admire the work of a lot of other great companies too. I Construct & Classic Carpentry of Brockton, Quality Construction, and Remodeling of Whitman, Mold Proactive of Orleans - all three of these companies have excellent owners who have high levels of ethics and perform their work with exceptional quality.
When I am not at work, I enjoy being with friends and family, sharing a meal or visiting them. We also enjoy vacationing in the Caribbean and traveling.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
